At China Tang, our menus harmoniously balance established dishes with modern techniques and practices, with vegetarian and halal options abundant. All dishes, whether it’s our signature Lobster Noodles or the Cantonese favourite Golden Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk, are prepared with the freshest ingredients and traditional spices and flavouring. Since opening in 2005, China Tang has become a restaurant stalwart serving authentic and outstanding Dim Sum to London's finest patrons.
We are incredibly proud to bring traditional Dim Sum production to the Mayfair restaurant scene, with the kitchen at China Tang operating unlike any Western counterpart. The unique culinary art of Dim Sum originated with the Cantonese in southern China, Hong Kong and the Guangdong province, where many restaurants start serving Dim Sum as early as 5AM. Whilst Dim Sum was originally not a main meal, it is now a staple of Cantonese and Chinese restaurants. Both our Dim Sum and full A La Carte menus are available all day and night at China Tang in our main dining room, private dining rooms and bar.

Children under the age of 6 years old are welcome until 9:00PM in the Main Dining Room
All guests need to be over 18 years old after 8:00PM in the Bar

Please refrain from wearing any active sportswear; singlets, gym trainers or flip flops are not permitted.
Smart jeans can be worn. Tailored shorts are suitable for lunch service only
